Shipping

Tracking numbers are allocated to packages and usually appear on our website alongside your order details. However, it may take up to 48 hours before the package is registered in the carrier’s tracking system. Even though your package has been dispatched from our store and is on its way to you, the carrier might not provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours.

Finding the status of your order is straightforward.

  • Check Your Email: You’re required to provide an email address during Checkout to receive status updates. Simply click on the link within your email to access the matalokal.com “Order Status Page.” Here, you can enter your order number and/or email address to view your order status.
  • Visit The Website: Sign in to matalokal.com for your Order History at any time. You’ll find information about your open orders, tracking details, and past orders. To view tracking information, click on the tracking number provided on the Order History page.
  • Contact Us: If you have any questions about your order, feel free to reach out to us via cs.matalokal@info.com.

Most items are In Stock and ready for dispatch. Occasionally, some items may be out of stock but remain available online. We strive to maintain accurate inventory and update it regularly. If the item you ordered happens to be out of stock, our customer service team will contact you for further instructions.

Most orders commence shipping as soon as your online purchase is finalized. Items are dispatched once they’re located in our store, your payment is processed, and the shipping address is verified. In-Stock items are dispatched within 1-2 full business days after order payment.

Please note that business days refer to Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays in Indonesia.

Shipping is complimentary on matalokal.com for all items, with delivery exclusively available within Indonesia. All our items are dispatched via local courier service JNE, and you’ll receive details for tracking your order in the Order Tracking Email once it’s dispatched. For further information, please refer to our FAQs.

 

  • Delivery Methods: Items will be sent using JNE Regular Delivery Service.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Orders are dispatched on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding National Holidays). The estimated delivery time depends on the delivery address and adheres to JNE’s standard policy.

Orders

  1. Check for an order acknowledgement email. This email confirms a successful transaction. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder.
  2. Alternatively, you can log in to your Matalokal Account to view your order summary.

If you still haven’t received an order acknowledgement email or cannot find your order summary, please reach out to our Customer Support team for assistance.

Order information and tracking can be accessed for all orders placed through Matalokal.com. Your order number will be included in the acknowledgment email sent to you after placing your order.

  1. Choose the item you want to buy and click on “Buy Now” or “Add to Cart” on the relevant product page.
  2. You can continue shopping after adding an item to your cart. Once you’ve finished selecting items, proceed to your cart and click on “Checkout”.
  3. Either sign in to your Matalokal Account or proceed as a Guest by entering your email address and selecting “Continue”.
  4. Input and confirm your shipping and payment details.
  5. Click on “Place Order” to finalize payment and complete your order.

Upon successful completion of your order, you’ll receive an order completion message and an order acknowledgement email. If you don’t receive the email, remember to check your junk or spam folder.

 

How to ensure your order has been successful?

Returns

If your package is not collected on the scheduled day for any reason, please adhere to our standard return instructions and arrange for another pick-up at no extra cost. You can initiate a new return by clicking here. If this does not resolve your concern, kindly reach out to us through our Contact Us page.

It may require up to 5 working days for us to receive your return through the carrier.

No, we do not facilitate product exchanges. If you require a different size or color, you will need to return the item(s) and proceed with a new order. Once your return is received and processed at our warehouse, your refund will be issued.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all attached original tags and labels, and handled with care. If the product’s value is diminished due to handling, we reserve the right to adjust the refund accordingly.

Payments

The Matalokal team will never solicit any of your payment-related information through email or phone. Such details are exclusively requested during online transactions on matalokal.com and should not be provided under any other circumstances.

No, Matalokal.com does not gather or retain your credit/debit card details or your net banking account information. Upon selecting an online payment method, you will be directed to our reliable payment gateway site for processing. Your card/account information is securely authorized by our trusted payment gateway provider and respective banks, with no data being transmitted back to us.
